Talia Taylor

Hi, I’m Talia Taylor (formerly Talia Leamy), the Clinical Psychologist behind Taylor Made Minds. With many years of experience working in private practice and school settings, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the challenges people face at various stages of life.

While I enjoy working with people of all ages, I am particularly passionate about supporting adolescents and their families. I’ve published research on key challenges affecting teenagers, including addiction, impulsivity, anxiety and sleep, which has further deepened my understanding of this often-overlooked age group.

My approach to therapy is grounded in ensuring I develop a solid formulation and understanding of each individual person’s life, challenges and goals. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Metacognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Imagery Rescripting, among others. This flexibility allows me to work collaboratively with each person to find the most effective approach for their unique needs.

I am known for being down-to-earth, warm and approachable with a good sense of humour - traits I believe help create a comfortable environment for meaningful change. My therapy style is trauma-informed and relationship based, which means I take an inclusive and compassionate approach to understanding and supporting your experiences.

I am dedicated to providing a personalised, safe space for you to explore and grow. I look forward to working with you to help you unlock your potential and live the life you deserve.

Ally Pullen

Hi, I’m Ally Pullen, a Psychologist committed to providing personalised, compassionate care for people aged 4 through to 70 years - and beyond.

With experience supporting children, adolescents, adults and families, I offer a wide range of therapeutic and assessment services to address a variety of emotional, behavioural and developmental challenges. My areas of focus include emotional regulation, family difficulties, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma, phobias, and support for individuals engaged with the NDIS.

I use an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities to ensure treatment is tailored to the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each client. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I also offer play therapy for younger clients, creating a safe and developmentally appropriate space for them to explore their experiences.

In addition to therapy, I provide comprehensive assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, cognitive functioning, memory, personality, vocational capacity and learning difficulties. These assessments help build a deeper understanding of each individual and inform meaningful, practical support strategies.

At the heart of my practice is a person-centred, trauma-informed approach. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where individuals feel understood and supported. Whether you’re navigating life’s challenges or seeking clarity and growth, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
