Location Information

Taylor Made Minds is located within the beautiful new ‘Workspace 365’ space at 14 Banfield Street in Chermside.

We recommend that you aim to arrive 10 minutes early for each appointment, to make sure you have plenty of time to park and make your way into the practice.

How to find us (please also view the photos and 'early morning appointment’ instructions below):

  1. Entry is via Banfield Street (follow the signage for 10-14 Banfield Street).

  2. Turn into the driveway, and drive down the ramp to the boom gate.

  3. Once you pass through the boom gate, turn left straight away, following the signs for ‘Visitor Parking - B1’ (parking is free for two hours).

  4. Once parked, take the elevator from the car park up to level 1.

  5. Exit the elevator, and go into the building to your right - 14 Banfield Street.

  6. Once inside the building, take the elevator to level 5 (Workspace 365).

  7. Exit the elevator and turn left to go to the Workspace 365 reception desk.

  8. Check in at the reception desk. If no one is at the reception desk, please take a seat in the waiting area. You are also welcome to send an SMS to 0489 077 523 to let your psychologist know you have arrived.

Please note: the lovely reception team are looking after all the businesses at Workspace 365. They will let your psychologist know you have arrived, but for enquiries about your appointments and billing, please contact our admin team directly.

Early morning appointments: For earlier morning appointments (7am/8am/9am), please note that the main building entry may be locked and/or that the elevator may not yet be in service when you arrive. If this occurs, please wait where you are (outside the building entrance, or enter the building via the café entrance and wait in the elevator lobby) and send an SMS to 0489 077 523 to let Talia know you have arrived - she will come to greet you when she is available. Once you have sent the SMS, it is important that you stay where you are/where you told Talia you would be, as this is where she will come to look for you - this will avoid any delays or issues in her locating you. 

1. Enter via Banfield Street.

2. Drive down the ramp to the gate.

3. Turn left to go to Visitor Parking.

4. Park, then take this lift to Level 1.

5. Exit the lift, and enter 14 Banfield St. If the building is locked, please stay where you are and SMS 0489 077 523 to let Talia know you’ve arrived and where you are waiting. Please DO NOT enter the building if someone offers to let you in.

6. Take the lift to Level 5. If the lift will not let you select Level 5, please stay where you are and SMS 0489 077 523 to let Talia know you’ve arrived and where you are waiting. Please DO NOT enter the lift if someone offers to let you ride with them.

7. Exit the lift, then go to reception.

8. Check in at the reception desk if someone is there - otherwise, please take a seat in the waiting area.
