Fees and Rebates

Private and Mental Health Treatment Plan Sessions:

The session fee is paid by you during each session, charged automatically to the credit card you will save to your file, with a paid invoice emailed to you. If we are provided with a valid GP, Paediatrician or Psychiatrist referral, Medicare rebates are available for up to 10 sessions per calendar year as outlined below, with rebates paid back to you by Medicare within two business days.

Medicare Rebate (If Applicable): $141.85 (until June 30 2025) or $145.25 (from 1 July 2025)

Ally Pullen
Session Fee: $230.00
Medicare Rebate (If Applicable): $96.65 (until June 30 2025) or $98.95 (from 1 July 2025)

NDIS Sessions:

Session Fee: $222.99 (until June 30 2025) or $232.99 (from 1 July 2025)

If self-managed: the session fee is paid by you during each session, charged automatically to the credit card you will save to your file, with a paid invoice emailed to you.

If plan-managed: an invoice will be emailed by us directly to your plan manager for payment.

Fees for NDIS sessions will increase in line with any future changes to the NDIS ‘Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits’ guide. There is no ‘out-of-pocket’ fee for clients attending using NDIS funding.

DVA, WorkCover QLD and other Third-Party Funded Sessions:

Fees for third-party funded sessions are charged at the current fee schedule issued by the third party. There is no ‘out-of-pocket’ fee for clients attending third-party funding sessions.

Cognitive, Developmental, ADHD and ASD Assessments:

Assessment services are provided by Ally Pullen. Assessment package fees will vary depending on the specific assessments required for each client, but all assessments require at least an initial intake session to be completed; the fee for the initial intake session is $265.00. Medicare rebates may be payable for the initial intake session, along with a final feedback session if an assessment is completed. Please contact us for more information.
